Owner has associates managing properties without proper skills and certification She is unprofessional and utilizes only contractors in her circle This company was failed to comply to there contract and provide services as indicated When the owner was questioned about anything, she mad accusations, placed blame on others and sent dirogatory emails
Tammy Hall who works for Maximum Property Management is very professional, knowledgeable and personable I have know Tammy for over six years as the President and board member of an HOA that uses Maximum Property Management This HOA, since I have been on the board, has used three other management companies and Tammy's services have been far superior to any of the others I have now moved form the original condo to a town home and Tammy donated her services to help us attempt to fight the developer I am continually impressed by her knowledge as it relates to HOA issues The other HOA members were also very impressed by Tammy and her ability to determine how the town house developer structured the HOA
After we received this complaint, contact was made with the owner who advised us that he would remove the complaintHowever, Revdex.com advised us that once a complaint is submitted it cannot be withdrawn.There were initial problems with the phone number provided by the owner to Maximum and sent to the
contractorEventually, we got the correct number for the complainant and action was immediately taken to resolve the issueContractor determined that the water leak was from a refrigerator water line that is not the responsibility of the HOAHowever, Maximum was able to contact the appropriate parties so that the issue could be addressedI understand that the issue has been resolved and the owner is satisfied with the results
About a year ago, I lead an effort to find a new management company for our HOA (Heritage Hills in Lone Tree) As I look back now, the difference in the operation of our Board and our community is so much better than it has been for years We recently had a community social event that we asked Maximum to pull together with minimal lead time and it was one of our best attended with lots of positive feedback from the community than we have had for a long time If you are looking for an effective, knowledgeable partner to manage your association, I strongly recommend Tammy and her team
I contacted the Association Manager about mold issues coming from a water leak within a building they managed Mr*** said he would respond immediately, but failed to do anything As a result, mold overtook an external storage unit, and ruined personal property Numerous phone calls went unanswered The company simply hasn't responded as the problem has worsened over the course of a month
