discrepancies of he said she said, (Sales rep and customer) I was saying someone is lying. I apologize for that misconception. I did not call anyone a fraud and apologize if you felt like we did. We have nothing to gain from fraudulent accounts. This is not our practice and do our best to take care of the customer. I'm sure you are a nice person.    Let me assure you this will not have any negative impact on your credit and nothing has been created positive or negative.    No information was kept in our system and I have personally cancelled any orders and deleted them so they could not be completed. I do not know where the $398 came from as no money was taken by us. If this could please be explained so it can be taken care of if needed.    I assure you this will not happen again and steps have been made where it can not. We pride our selves and our company to do the very best for our customers and have a great track record and references to prove it.     Again and as you requested any information has been deleted and will not be used by our company. We are sorry you felt like you were being called a liar and a fraud, as were sure you are not. We assure anything like this will not happen again and the sales rep no longer has any affiliation with our company.
