This "response" of theirs has been the same and it is not acceptableObviously
I didn't "agree" to those terms, I was merely bamboozled into paying for something I would have never wantedFor example, I was so confused as to why my credit card balance was getting so high that I called my credit card company to ask if my interest rates had spiked dramatically? Then they told me it was Maximum response, and I was shockedI hadn't even been looking at at my statements because the credit card was not being used at all, or so I thoughtIt amazes me that a company who is extremely cash rich (Kevin purports to be a millionaire) would refuse to satisfy an angry customer over $800! They refuse to admit that a customer can easily be confused about a free month offer that leads into ongoing monthly chargesThey need to do the right thing and honor their customers sincere pleas to give back his money that he would have never voluntarily given for this ongoing membership! This product comes with 3 complimentary months of ongoing coaching and consulting at no additional charge.
The purpose of the coaching program is to make sure our clients get the ongoing support and help they need in...

using the system.
The reason we offer 3 months of ongoing coaching and consulting at no charge, is so our client can experience the program for themself first-hand and appreciate the value of it before we ever bill them anything for this service.
After the 3-month complimentary period, the investment is $397.00 a month to maintain the coaching membership and a client can cancel anytime by contacting our office.
We clearly explain the coaching program, how it works, and how we bill for it prior to the sale. The customer must review and accept the offer prior to making a purchase.
They can not invest in the course without agreeing to the offer, and there is no fine print.
We also explain everything in detail prior to this point on the introductory event that we host for all new clients.
After disputing the charges with his credit card provider, even they agreed that there was no wrong doing on our part.
As a courtesy, we did issue a refund for the final coaching installment that Mr. [redacted] was billed. But because all services were delivered as promised, no other refunds are due.
