We made our investigation and you can see all the notes from our system about this client, they were advised many times what they need it to do and they did not follow up, we as dealers loose more than what we get paid by [redacted] if a customer cancels before 15 months, it would be a huge mistake for us...

For this customer [redacted] paid Maximum our cost was the following$375 Equipment Cost$130 Installation Cost (Paid to independent contractor [redacted])$450 [redacted] (Independent Salesman)So our profit was $163.75So now since we are getting a charge back from [redacted] since this clients did not do what we asked them to do, [redacted] is pulling from our next funding $1,118.75 (the original payment to us) and on top of that we lost the cost of installation, the cost of the equipment and what we paid the salesman, for a total of $1,910 since we have to account for the $163.75 initial profit. WHY we would not want to take care of this problem? is my question, we would do anything in our power, but the clients did not cooperated. now we have to send them to collections. This client was asked as you can see the notes to call [redacted] and to do what [redacted] required of them, they did not, now WE are paying for it. But I will collect from them to recuperate some of the money we lost, unfortunately for the client since they did not take this seriously if they do not pay their credit will be damaged more that what it is right now.
