After one full week of attempting to resolve this situation. Unfortunately *** informed me today that $30 reimbursement was the final resolution being offered. I’ve expressed this is unacceptable to myself and ***. I’ve texted concerns and photos of each of these. I did request the cleaners use soft scrub w/ bleach in bathrooms w/ specific areas of concern and areas to be careful extra mindful of due to recent work completed by contractor. Sadly due to carelessness on cleaners, work was needed to repair what was damaged. I also requested they use Orange Glo on hardwood floors only. It was used on tile floors and laminate floors. Which left us no options but to mop these areas in order to make them safely to walk on. A one day job turned into two with the request to come in a third day to go over many areas of concern. *** assured me via phone that the square footage and work I was needing would be completed in one day. This started on a Friday @ 11am. The two ladies Informed me that they were told our home was empty and this was a quick move out cleaning.. One of girls was in training so it took longer. By end of Saturday we communicated concerns .At this time I requested a resolution being a total refund. The unprofessionalism of *** not showing up for her walk through confirming work needed to be completed due to her car troubles. No phone call or attempt to contact me to inform that she was unable to keep appt?When receiving call from *** asking my concerns, her lack of understanding and professionalism was yet another challenge in dealing with your company. As of today after she informed me she was unable to reach “her” boss because her was on vacation and moving all week. She returned my call after I left voicemails on multiple #’s that this office called me from. She confirmed her boss would only approve a $30 refund or they’d come back to clean or clean our new residence. Not an acceptable resolution. I’m asking for full refund.

To Whom It May Concern, The customer requested Premium Package, we provided a Premium Package as requested. We are very sorry to hear of ***'s satisfaction and have attempted to rectify the situation.We used the Chemicals that she requested us to. We are unable to offer a complete refund as the customer was appropriately billed for services provided and unfortunately the labor cost associated have already been paid with such a small contract we were only able to offer a $30 refund, however per our customer satisfaction policies we are more than happy to fix any unsatisfactory work as previously offered or give the customer a credit for future work Sincerely,***Maximum Service Cleaning LLC.Office ***Cell ***@

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

After the initial cleaning I expressed my dissatisfaction to the team leader. She expressed yet again they needed to come back due to lack of communication from ***. Cleaners were not prepared for the amount of work and time actually needed to complete job. I had spoke with/ *** in detail via three phone calls. I reluctantly agreed to have team come back next day. This now interfered with our Saturday.

In response to cleaning products I requested- yes I did specifically ask them to use specific products. I also, walked through explaining in detail areas of concern and specifics areas to avoid using these products. On day two I went over these details yet again. I returned home they unfortunately used two specific products in areas I reiterated to not use. This led to us having to do much cleaning at this time. And having painter come back to touch up areas they were careless in. Also having to re-caulk areas.This is specifically why I’m continuing to ask for full refund. They did offer to come back on Sunday to try to make job satisfactory. I declined, not willing to have a team there another day. They also offered to have another team another day. Again, I was and still NOT willing to have them here again due to lack of professionalism.Sincerely-
