Maximum Tan

Attached please find the email response to the complaint filed by [redacted].  [redacted] did send an email on 01/05/2017 and the information was sent to Total Tan Inc office in Orchard Park, NY.  Due to the snow storm that hit the area beginning on 01/05/2017 resulting in the offices...

being close the Total Tan office did not respond right away but did respond to the original email on 01/09/17 at 8:31 am verifying that the client had been using services at Total Tan locations during the time period that a refund is being requested.  Any refund of finds collected would be forwarded to Total Tan where the services were being rendered.  Maximum Tan in more than happy to refund the last payment taken as the client has stated that she will not use the services and cancel her account going forward or transfer her package back to Total Tan as we have done with any other client who requested to do so.
