Maximum Training For The Trucking Industry

did not take training due to other circumstances half my money was witheld other half went to companyI had the company I was working for arrange my training, and pay for it and take half off my check then the other half off the next month, payment was made to maximum training and due to a problem with my liscence I was unable to take the training, maximum training returned half the money to the company I worked for and kept and with held the other half that I had personally paid for. the company I was working with got their half back but mine was not returned, no services were exchanged between maximum taining and my self and no training was taken but my money was still with held for the fact they say that they were waiting for me.[redacted] they offered me 10 free hours but that poses no value to me as I switched careers and no longer require that service.Desired Settlementhalf of the 1,250.00Business Response [redacted] NEVER paid us, his employer did, [redacted].We work for [redacted]'s employer, and [redacted] made arrangements with the owners for his training.We were paid by the company with a company cheque. Any issues [redacted] has are not our problem.We were hired to provide training, we had man power and equipment waiting on numerous occasions.[redacted] had [redacted], licensing issues(non of which he told us or his employer until after the fact) but we had people waiting for him and they had to be paid and his spot was lost to other potential clients.[redacted] is our governing body, we informed them of the situation and his complaint.We have done nothing wrong and we have addressed his employer who is our client and we have addressed our governing body [redacted]
