I am rejecting this response because: If he takes pride in his work then why does the gate not lock properly? See picture #1. Why is the gate slanted so that it is not parallel to the sidewalk. Pictures #& #show the gate's placement on posts measured from concrete slab to the bottom of gate on left post is 3/'4" then goes to a height of 2" on the right post from concrete slab, with that end rusting the concrete slab as well
Furthermore, I can send you the receipt where replacement of the posts were included in the cost as well, and they were not replaced. Please look at picture #where the holes from the old gate removal exists under the lock that doesn't slide. The post looks hideous with those holes. The gate's lopsided. The gate doesn't lock. The concrete is now rusting from incomplete primer/paint job. This is how Maximum Welding prides itself? I think he should have looked at the finished job himself rather then send "one of his men" over who "assured" him "everything was fine." Now if he could see, for himself (not his man's word), through the attached photos, that the fence is indeed poor workmanship by "his man" (which reflects such on his business), I'm sure he would live up to his word and reimburse *** *** the $he promised so that we can get the job done right.

Dear [redacted] sorry for getting back to you a week later after our conversation. I have been very busy I'm sorry in regards to the inquiry from Revdex.com I have the following to say. I did a job for a man by the name of [redacted] the job was for a small fee of $750 it was...

for a small gate in a front yard. I usually do not take jobs this small in nature due to the lack of profit,  however I found [redacted] to be a very nice man over the telephone it has a very long eloquent conversation with him. After the gate was installed, I had received a complaint that it was not locking properly I then sent one of my men over to check it and he assured me that everything was in working order,  I told [redacted] that everything was fine, and he insisted that I had overcharged him to make a one-off custom gate and install it ,and that the job was not done properly. I had originally stated that I will refund his money due to the numerous phone calls however after some thought I realized that this was very silly since the job has no issues and he got exactly what he was asking for and that I would be silly to lose 750 and my time for his complaint as per advice of my wife. I am very sorry to be in this situation all I tried to do truly was help him after he explained to me the nature of the handicapped of the person. I would like to end this letter by saying thank you for your time and that my business is name is an extension of me and I am a prideful man and today have had no upset customers and that I wish to keep it this way thank you very much
