exchange they have to call the company and have check out and I have prove of it which im sending with my letter it said (our resellers are NOT authorized to accept returns of used machines) and that's what I was trying to to explain to the customer and his friend was being very rude his the one who talking more, I was not being rude to them. And all my machines comes with their own warranties which is nothing to do with us. So when you read hopefully you will understand the policies because busnesses have their rules and regulations.
