Review: My name is [redacted], I have been a long time customer at MaxMara (7007 Friars Rd #310 San Diego CA 92108), with the sales Associate [redacted].I have made many high end purchases from this store dating from March 3rd 2013 all the way through July 3rd 2013. Throughout this time, MaxMara had a policy of No Refunds of sale items and No refunds, only exchange or store credit within 7 days with tags still attached. However the Associate [redacted] has told me when making purchases to not worry about this policy and that she could take care it if I ever felt as though I was dissatified with an item. So being a regular customer I found some items I bought after even 7 days to be on sale and she did give me the difference along with 30 % of certain items, which I may note is against store policy also. However as a a couple months passed, she started to only offer returns only if i'd agree to buy something more expensive, giving me a ultimatum. Then would refuse to give my receipts back to me after these ultimatums. However I approchaed the manager and let her know I never revieved a recepit she mailed it too my house.I feel as though the employee promised to give me the option of returning at a later date if something was wrong with the item (or it didn't fit properly) in the beginning, then slowly gave me the option if I purchased more expensive items, but did not follow though after I purchased many high end items.
