They are HORRIBLE! Leave the carpet super-wet and then there's a film left on the carpet, allowing dirt to re-stick very easilyMy carpet was turning gray after only about a week! I called the owner to complain and he said he'd have his guy back out to re-clean FOR FREE, but he REFUSED and then wanted to ARGUE! The representative was sloppy and seemed angry/bothered both times he came outHe rushed through the job and didn't take care to wear protective covers on his shoes even after the job was doneEW! They do NOT honor their day satisfaction guarantee! They do not like to respond to complaints via creditors, the Revdex.com, or personal communicationThey take your money and RUN!

I had them clean my carpet when I was moving and the gentleman Greg who did the cleaning was so aggressiveIt was a specialty carpet and I needed to make sure that it would dry out well as the floor was extremely wet I had used another company previously and it had not been that way I think he thought I was complaining about the wetness of the carpet because I did not want to pay him He was very rude and I would not recommend them to anyone The carpet did dry out but I was offended by his attitude and feel the company needs to give him some training on people's skills

The service technician arrived at my condo with a HUGE chip on his shoulder (name- [redacted])...He stated that I really needed $200.00 worth of cleaning , not the $75.00 special I called for. I refused the higher cost (pleasantly) and he angrily went about his tasks. Horrible customer service.
At one point, [redacted] threw the vacuum hose OVER a balcony plant of mine and killed it.
NEVER again.
