I made an online purchase in November I received a tracking number from UPS and a shipping date When the package did not arrive, I called UPS who informed me that I was issued a GHOST tracking numberThere was no package associated with the tracking number.Since December 5th, I've been calling and emailing the company to try find out where my item is.I was told that the item I ordered was backboard, now I am being told it is out of stock.I cannot get a straight answer about my item or get anyone to answer the phone I am either placed on hold, then disconnected, or it is busyI have been calling several times a day, everyday for the past days I will be filing a fraudulent charge claim with my credit card company
