Review: On September 10, 2013 around 10 am I went to Max's Service Station to inquire about the right strut and mount for my vehicle (a 2008 ford fusion). Maxwell, the owner told me that he would offer me lifetime warranty and that the labour would be guaranteed. Then my vehicle would not start and he told me that I needed a new ignition switch, which he said he would purchase and take care for me.I paid 80$ for this ignition switch, and 200$ for the work done for the strut and the mount. However, I was still having trouble with the vehicle after these repairs were done. Once more the vehicle would not start. So I then had to hire a locksmith to help me get the veichle started from [redacted] Locksmmith their number is [redacted]. The gentleman who worcked on my car from the locksmith company is [redacted]. He found out that the ignition switch had not been switched and was still the old one. I then went back to Max's after finding this information, so that he would replace the ignition switch as promised and to refund me the 80$ I paid for this service which was never done as well as the money I paid for a warranty from him. Thank you for your help and time.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $80 I paid for a service that was falsely claimed to have been done and a statement that guarantees he will honour his lifetime warranty that he promised me for the work he did on the strut and mount for my vehicle.
