Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:MrE*** is not wanting to resolve the issue by the regular complaint avenues. I would prefer on not having a conference, as he suggests because of my past conference call experiences with him. After many unsuccessful attempts to communicate my needs by electronic source, MrE*** suggested a conference call. I made the effort to travel to the office at 7:in the morning, as agreed. MrE*** did not show up as agreed and he was hour late. By the point MrE*** showed up, I was very frustrated I ended up staying on the line with the employee for minutes. There was barely no direction to the project and most of the time we remained quiet It was very confusing. I was supposed to be resolving with MrEndere and was not getting any information. I was never offered to reschedule to another time or briefed on his delay. Then another employee got on minutes later and also remained quiet. When MrE*** got on the line, I felt so rushed that at that point, I knew there was never an intention to act in good faith. There were no signs of diffusing or solving. I believe the escalation that arose was used as the tool to end the call. With all intents and purposes, I did beforehand, respectfully say, “the conversation has ended”. So eventually someone had to hang up. His statement about me hanging up is exactly what I mean by using blame.I worked with the *** people years ago and I had absolutely no issues with them A questionnaire was instantly sent. I got calls for on my feedback and there was clarity. The collaboration was not handled by emailThere was never any confrontation or hasteThe website displayed award winning logos, such as the History Channel and A&E. It’s true that unique work of such popular matter cost much more, yet I clearly understood that. In 2006, there were versions provided to me and the one I picked was creatively refined. Again, I did business with them in and I was satisfied. What I got this time around, was lazy and rushed. They never initiated the creative process. They never sent me a questionnaire about myself until I requested one It probably would never have transpired, if I did not have previous knowledge. How can a client be understood without a logo design hard-copy? One of the logos even had the name backwards! My understanding is that MAXTech took over so they are under new management Can you buy past talent that is not there? Then advertise it as such and substitute it for poor workmanship?Note: The final email indicated more money was needed. My response was professional and respectful Note: On MrE***’s rebuttal, I am not sure what is meant on the first sentence. Did he mean, “for the client”?Note: I looked through the sources for the agreements he states but cannot find anything. Can he clarify as to how many agreements are there? Is it an agreement or are they agreements? Can a date or method be provided? Note: I would like to clarify that my last name is, ***.
Regards,
*** ***
