Terrible information I ordered parts for my kids bikes and I end up buying somewhere else because I have still not gotten them called over 100time no answer sent emails nothing go somewhere else do not order from here

defecrive product on shipping
ordered a mini ATV for my grandson birthday present. Process started very well in the customer service person responsible for shipping called to give me an explanation of how the vehicle would be shipped. Once vehicle was placed together with minimal effort, 1st ride and master chain link was missing and had to be replaced. Called company and here's where they get very low ratings. I called and was told it was my fault and I should have read the 51 page manual that came with the product. I objected to the person on the phone who said she always is the one who gets yelled at, transferring to someone else and I asked how could they treat their customers with sad customer service, she said I paid for a product not customer service. Wow
