Is nasty and junky. The old lady that works in there guess manager is so RUDE to customers and staff. Over heard her telling one of them stupid don't do anything right. Went in last Friday and needed to get by her and she said to me the customer you can walk around I'm not moving for you.
It is time for her to retire

So I ask the lady that work here about a cooler if it would leak she said ol no it want leak an then wat happen to it.it did leak so I took back told her well it leaked my whole truck full water an what she say well I'm sorry I can't take it back so there u go that didn't care very rude ppl

Maxway in Campbelton Plaze the service is not good. The store is never stock, too many empty shelf Maxway never have what you are looking for even though they do carry the product. Cashiers shopping,talking loud,playing Poor
poor management .

Review: I was shopping in a Maxway store when I noticed that the cart handle was sticky and grimy. I reported it to a store clerk and asked her if she would clean it. She became indignant and refused. I told her how poor I thought the service was. She ended up telling me to "Shut the * _ _ _ up!". I called for the store manager. The store manager supported the clerk-- stating that no one would clean the cart at the present time and said that I was rude to the clerk. He made no apology for the situation or the clerk's response. I wrote to [redacted] explaining the details of the encounter. A district manager called me and said that he had reviewed a video tape of the encounter. He promised that the store manager would make an apology. I asked for the apology to be in the form of a letter. I have written [redacted] twice and called them countless times. They have not responded and I have not received a letter of apology as requested.Desired Settlement: I would like a letter of apology from the store manager. I would like a letter from [redacted] stating that they do not condone such conduct from it's employees.
