On January 15,*** *** Came in my Antique shop and bought an Antique LampBefore she paid for it I plugged it in to the wall to show her that it workedShe paid $plus $sales tax with a total of $59.52, and then she used her Master card to pay for itShe Signed the
ticketAnd she took it homeA month later she came back in and bought a Desk and ChairFeb18, I told her at that time I could Deliver it for Free to her homeSo we filled out the invoiceShe put her address and Phone number on it( Note” at no time while she was in my shop did she say anything about her lamp she bought from me.) So a few days later I delivered the desk & chairAs I was in her home she asked me about her lamp flickeringI looked at itAnd told her it ether the bulb or her wall outletShe was concerned about a short in the wiringI told her it was not thatShe asked me if I knew of anyone that could rewire the lampI told her I could but you would have to pay for the parts & wire, and laborShe asked what might that be and told her the wire was like $a footAnd the other parts I was not sure ofSo she said she would think about itA few days later she came in my shop with the lamp and asked to have it wiredFeb 25,So I made an invoice for her repairI told her it would be done the next daySo she came back the next day to pick up her rewired lampFeb26,I told her her costs of everything$And then she went off on meYelling in front of my other customersYour crazy I'm not paying thatShe said I will be back for the lamp another dayI never heard from her again ( Note” On all my invoices it is Noted : All sales final No refunds or exchangesAs it is posted in my shop as wellWith this letter I put copy's of all the invoices that I have in question

I am rejecting this response because:
Excuse me, not wrong, just did not run home and plug the lamp in, I did this day before merchant was to arrive with desk.  Therefore, reported accordingly upon his arrival.  The guy not only became irriated but tried to blow off scratching desk delivered which devalued the item by $100.  Witnessed by and through reading merchant's tirad response reveals his lack of customer service skill which is extremely important in his line of work.  Absolute no reason for this level of anger. As for repairs to correct lamp's inop status it was the merchant's duty to be sure item of purported calibar and quality is inaccordance to his market and competition prior to marketing and sale. Merchant has position of the lamp and can resell, no contractional committment exisits for the repairs. I have suffered tremendous verbal, emotional and unnecessary extra work re the merchant's "nasty attitude and lack of customer service decorum and responsibility".  I would not recommend this business to others seeking items of value along with a calm, joyus shopping experience.

She is totally wrong. I tested the lamp right in front of her. I even gave her the light bulb. Who knows what she did to the lamp in the 30 days. She is the only one that knows. This is an Antique. Its not a New lamp. It does not come with a warranty. When you buy an Old car things go wrong with it. She never said that there was anything wrong with it when she came in my shop when she bought the desk. As for yelling at her why would I do that. I have a store full of customers. I did what she asked me to do was rewire it. She just doesn't want to pay the bill. ( I will do this for her. I will give her back her lamp rewired No Charge. Only if she drops the Master Card Claim. And this claim. And never come back in my Store.!!
