Upon receiving this complaint, I tried refunding the customer, however, her [redacted] was no longer active and so she requested that I ship itThe same day, I shipped out the sweatshirt and since then she has received itI deeply apologize to the customer for the delay, we had a huge backup since Black Friday and we have finally gotten ahold of the backup

Upon receiving this complaint in the mail, I immediately issued a full refund to the customer as they requested when they stated that "[they] want [their] money back." in the letterSince Black Friday, I've had a big influx of emails and orders that I am finally able to manage, and I deeply apologize to the customer for the inconvenience
