Our last conversation concerning this issue was that the customer was going to take his truck to our manufacturing facility and have the bed sides' raised so the bed  would not rub on the tires when carrying a heavy load.  We were going to look at his toolboxes to see why they may be...

leaking as badly as he stated, however NO BOX is water tight and we do not represent them as being so.  In fact we usually tell folks that if you are driving down the highway at 60-70 miles per hour in a heavy rain, the boxes surely will take on some water.The gas fill was also going to be addressed as well, however the customer was going to call our manager at our manufacturing facility to set up an appointment, and he did call, but never brought the truck in to be looked at or repaired.We are more than willing to address the problems but need to see the truck to determine what needs to be done.
