To whom it may concern (11/18/2015):This is the RMA department for Maxwest.in response to the [redacted] Olivares complaint, we have answered each and everyone of her emails to us.She has been requesting a new tablet but in order to proceed she must comply with our warranty.Our warranty does not cover shipping fees.we asked her to please send us the defective devise and a $to cover shipping and we would in exchange replace the tablet for her, but she wants to receive a new tablet without having to send the defective one.as a good gesture we can wave the $fee but she still needs to send us the defective unit in order for us to replace it at no cost at all.we stand behind our product and willing to keep our customers 100% satisfied on their investment over their purchase.As soon as she send us the defective unit we will ship a brand new one to her.Thanks,Sincerely,Maxwest RMA and Tech Support center

To Whom it May Concern,I called in to the Revdex.com and they gave me the correct email regard ID number ***Mrs*** Sent in a device that is not under warranty directly from us here and her Gravity model was a defective by physical damageI still went out of my way and repaired
the device and shipped back to her the deviceMrs*** needs to understand the item wasn't purchased from us directly, there is a lot of paperwork that needed to be processed so I can accommodate herShe was taken care of and the unit was sent back to her by UPS which she has receivedI feel she was taken care of, I understand that there is a little bit of time between the mailing there and backThank you very much.Thank you,MAXWEST TECH SUPPORT

Review: I bought this tablet about 6 months ago and it will not charge or turn on. I asked them to send me a new charger/or another tablet,as the product is still fully within warranty. They agreed to send another charger,but only if I would send them 10 dollars,so I refused.since 1. I am broke,and 2. What good is the warranty then? I then asked them to send me another tablet,but they never responded. They are greedy and only care about money and not their customers' happiness. I still would like the new charger,as I paid 160 dollars for what is now a paperweight. If not,then they have lost a customer forever.Desired Settlement: If no new charger or tablet,then they have lost a customer forever. I feel sorry for whoever deals with them in the future,but it will never be me again,that's for sure.

Review: I purchased a Maxwest Gravity 6 phone approximately 6 months ago. I started having major issues with it a month after purchase. Recently I decided to have the phone replaced via manufacturer warranty. On 2/15/15 I initiated a return to the manufacturer for a replacement phone. On 2/16/15 [redacted] in the Return department stated he wanted me to return the phone along with a $10 money order so Maxwest could send a new Maxwest Gravity 6 replacement phone. On 2/23/15 I sent the malfunctioning phone in for replacement and forwarded tracking information to the RMA department via email. On 2/25/15 the phone was delivered to the address provided to me by [redacted] in the RMA department. On 2/26/15 I emailed to check the status of the replacement, no response. On 3/2/15 and 3/3/15, I emailed to check the status of the replacement, no response. As a customer, I expect a response letting me know they received my valuable phone plus the money I sent. Before I sent in my phone, the responses was on time, after they received my phone. all communication ceased. I tried calling, but never an answer. You would have to email them at [redacted] or [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a new Maxwest Gravity 6 replacement as promised.
