That makes us wondering why no body pay attention to us, this company was still with drawing fund from our account $a month meaning close to $since we sent a cancellation form, as we mentioned, the excuse they had is not acceptable and it was their suggestion to use. We will file in *** *** small claim court if you can not help us

We show no record of a cancellation on this account in fact the customer is still using the account to process credit cardsSee attached statementIf the merchant wishes to cancel the account he will need to call customer service, obtain and sign a cancellation form and the account will be closed

Please see the letter we sent before, My namowner and president of *** *** *** *** ** *** **.We have been working with Maxx Merchant Company since early with merchant # of ***.On Septwe changed our credit card company and immediately informed Maxx merchant to close our account, however they insisted to keep and suggested us to use the account and if we did not have a proper transaction, we should not pay the monthly fee.We accepted and couple of months later Maxx started charging us monthly fee again, and despite of calling to their customer service and leaving the massages, they did not ever get back to us.We decided to contact you to help us to refund the monthly fees were taken from our account since September of and contact me personally at my cell phone # *** *** *** to see if the company changed its words and would Therefore they responded you without reading our complaint, they never let us to cancel.Best Regardrather to continue charging us, close our account, but refund the pass charges.You quick respond will be highly appreciated.Best Regard*** *** *** ***Sent from Windows Mail

We feel the tone of the response from the Revdex.com is threatening, where as [redacted] states; if you choose not to reconsider your position, your report with the Revdex.com may be changed to reflect this matter as an unresolved complaint.Maxx Merchants has been in business in Arizona since 2008, we service over 57,000 businesses carry a A+ rating.

If the merchant wishes to cancel the account he will need to call customer service, obtain and sign a cancellation form and the account will be closed...

That makes us wondering why no body pay attention to us, this company was still with drawing fund from our account $30.00 a month meaning close to $600.00 since we sent a cancellation form, as we mentioned, the excuse they had is not acceptable and it was their suggestion to use. We will file in [redacted] small claim court if you can not help us.
