I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. A representative from Duval Honda contacted me on
Friday September 29th to advise that I would be granted a full refundI did visit the business Friday September 29th and was directed to the cashier to process the refundI was advised that this can take to hours to update into my accountThough the funds have not yet posted to my account I was provided a refund receipt and will continue monitoring my account in regards to the posting of the funds

This matter was one of unusual circumstances and situations, which once they were made aware to the Dealership, we corrected and had the necessary protocol taken and resolved.The title was accompanied by a Death Certificate along with a Durable Power of Attorney--articles of legal standing that were
not presented to the Dealership until after the purchase of the vehicleIn as timely fashion as would be allowed, we corrected and sent the appropriate paperwork the Dealer Tag Agency, who requested the that the Orders of Administration be issuedThis was completed the end of January and we had the title and tags sent via courier to the customer directly.*** *** ***, our *** *** spoke to the customer to make sure that he received his package with the tags and registration and that the matter was resolved.Again, the timing of the situation was out-of-the ordinary and we handled it to the best and most prudent way we couldThe customer has assured us via telephone that the issue is resolved and he is satisfied.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: How could I be satisfied after being lied to repeatedly? The circumstances in the business' reply were never shared with me. I only received whatever excuses the sales staff, title/tag department and finance could muster up at the time. They had their money and they didn't care about meeting their commitments. This is the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership and it will be the last. I have received the tag and registration, but I am in no way satisfied with their customer service practices.
