Last week my cable went out. I stayed home ALL day Thursday waiting for the service call. He came at 7:30 at night and couldn’t fix my problem because he said it was the box and he didn’t have one. He came back Friday morning with a ‘new’ box. He did get my cable going. On Saturday night, May 14th, my granddaughter going through my list of recordings on my DVR found what was soft porn! I don’t know how, why MaxxSouth thinks it’s okay to allow porn to be introduced in a 73 year old customer’s home! Perhaps someone from MaxxSouth could enlighten me on that!
By the way, my cable stopped working last night, May 15th!
