I'm really over this whole problemI honestly don't have anything to lie aboutWhy go to a place multiple times if you're not satisfied with results? Everything I stated in the previous response its trueShe was so happy with the braids as she statedI have no proof that she took the braids downNo pictures, no phone call, no textFor example if you go to a store and buy something, if you don't like it YOU TAKE IT BACKI never held her against her willNever forced her t o sit down and let me braid her hairAs an adult you take your own actionsI never told her my niece was coming to braid her hairIt's my shop so I do most of the braidingI did tell her that my niece was going to come a little later to help me finish up her braidsMy niece only knows how to finish up braidsThat's when I call her to help me so the process could go fastershe never ever mentioned to me that she had a tender scalpHow can she state that she cut the braids out the second time and come back a third timeHow does that even make sense? She never mentioned to me about her edges being tightI never forced her to pay meLike I said in the first responseI asked her before she left the shop if it was niceShe said loved the braids and let's go get the remaining of the money she owed meShe isn't a child for me to to force her do to something out of her willWhat does she mean by she felt bullied and had no other option? She did have an optionNOT GET HER HAIR BRAIDED BY MEShe knew I was the one going to braid her hair and my niece was going to help me finish it up and she still agreedThere is nothing else that I can do regarding this issueShe didn't contact me to let me know there was a problem or even come by the shop so we can resolve the issue

*** *** is not being honest she says I knew her niece wouldn't be doing my hair but that's exactly what she told me ask her what the back and forth conversations were for they specifically were because she told me she remembered me because I complained so much the other times I was there she had to call me back to confirm that her "niece" could do my hair and that's exactly what she said when she called me back, and in response to her saying I'm a grown woman, yes this is true but from previous experiences when I complained about my hair the conversation became heated because she refused to take down the few braids she had done and told me if I didn't like it I'd just have to cut them out like I did the first timeThis last time I indeed expressed to her the braids were too tight but she dismissed that by saying they'd loosen up in a few days so to avoid any confrontation I paid her and left thinking that this was a different style so maybe they would loosen up unfortunately they didn't I didn't call her because of her previous response I had experienced and thinking she would dismiss my complaints and she had done before in regards to why I returned to this shop a third time as I stated the second time I went someone else did my hair so there were no issues and despite the braids being tight the styles that they do are very neat and rather than go somewhere where were I was unfamiliar with their work seeing as how I'd never had braids before I went with a shop I knew provided nice work with the exception of *** *** who also does neat work but just braids too tight for my sensitive scalpInstead of denying the conversation was had about me specifically requesting a different braider she could have offered to refund me or at the very least a partial refund I have no reason to lie about cutting the braids out it benefits me in no way especially seeing as how If I had that much of a problem with this shop like she said I would not have continued to patronize there

This is our third time dealing with this particular customerThe first time she came to us and wanted us to do her hair, she told us how she has had bad experiences with other shopsWe told her that we we're going to take good care of her. Halfway into the job she told us that the
braids we're tightI (May) asked her if she just wanted to take it all down and I could give her the money backShe insisted we finish the job, which we didWhen we got done braiding, she did notify us that the braids were kinda tight but she was happy with themShe came more times after thatThe second time braiding her hair, we didn't have any issuesShe said she was satisfied and leftThe last time she came to us, she told us that that she wanted french braids and she only had $150.I told her that we stand on our prices and that final price was $200.She said she only had $at the momentShe said when the job was done, we would both go to an ATM and she would pay the rest of the remaining $I (May) told her that we don't usually do stuff like that but since she came to us times prior to that day I could make an exceptionBefore starting the braiding process, we warned her and told her the style that she wants is required to be tight in order for it to last longShe insisted that she still wanted the braidsKnowing that we do have a pay first and service after policy, she paid the $and we began braiding her hairWhen we got done braiding her hair, I (May) made sure to ask her if she was pleased with the jobshe replied saying " Yes May I Love It!Let's go to the ATM." We went to the ATM and she gave me the $I Never got a call from her saying she had bumps in her headMy only problem is why she didn't just give me a call and told me what the issue wasI would of gladly took the braids down and gave her the money backNot to mention she came to us times prior to the recent timeI told her the braids we're going to be tightWhy come back to the same shop if you weren't satisfied with the work the first time? I never had any problems regarding this matter with any of my other customersIf my customers are not happy with my work, we always try to find a solution, but nothing was brought to my attention regarding this matterNo calls, texts, or even stop by the shop to show us the issueToday was my only time knowing it was an issue with the customerI received a letter from Revdex.com and this is why I'm giving you my side of the story
