Review: I purchased skin care products from a Kiosk in the mall May 11, 2013. I tried to return the product May 16, 2013 because it did not accomplish what it claimed.The woman at the kiosk that day said her manager said I'd have to see the person that sold it to me and he wasn't in until Thursday, May 30. I went back May 30 and the gentleman that sold the product to me was there. I told him I wanted to return it because I felt it did nothing for me. He said he was the owner of the company and there were no returns. When I stated that this was not told to me, he said it was on the receipt which it is not. Then he looked at the receipt and said it had been over 21 days and there were no returns after 21 days - this was exactly 21 days and this is not what he origionally said. He started to offer me more product but I was not interested. He refused to consider a refund.Desired Settlement: While I am sure that this gentleman was not the owner, I do find him dishonest not only because of the product claims but because of the variance in his statements regarding refunds.I'd like a full refund
