My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this location on 11/5/We made the down payment as requested and close to the day mark from our purchase date I had to call in regards to the title that had not been issuedI was given the run around stating that they had sent it out several times and every time I called it was something differentWe finally receive the title two weeks AFTER our day period to get it registered only to find out that the title was REBUILTWe were never notified that this was the case nor did we sign a waiver stating that we were aware we were purchasing a salvaged or rebuilt vehicleI have made calls consistently asking to speak to the own only to be told that she is too busy to talk to me and is never inThere was plenty of time to talk to the office manager about my issue but no time to return my call and resolve it with meCustomer service is awful and I would never recommend this "business" to anyone

This place is awfulFirst they make us sign a thing saying if we have an issue well settle with them and not get a lawyerOk, that was fineWe bought a silverado with an Alison transmissionWe ONLY bought the truck because they advertised it as having that specific transmissionWe found out a month later that it is impossible for that truck to have an Alison transition, and that our truck in fact did not have itThey refused to do anything about it, saying that since we already got tags for the truck they wouldn't take it backThey did give us the warranty for free, but only after we got extremely upset with themEven after being told we wanted to trade it in or give it back they refused to satisfy our requestsThen when we decided to take it back before it tore up (it was being used as a work Truck, which is why we needed a stronger transmission) they told us we had to pay whatever the difference was when they sold itThis is a buy here pay here lot, we were not informed of this at all during our buying process, and they also falsely advertised the truck in the first place to make the saleI will not ever send them business againThis is the worst business I have ever dealt with

I was given the run around stating that they had sent it out several times and every time I called it was something different. We finally receive the title two weeks AFTER our 30 day period to get it registered only to find out that the title was REBUILT. We were never notified that this was the case nor did we sign a waiver stating that we were aware we were purchasing a salvaged or rebuilt vehicle.
