Hello and thank you for your persistence. May Pan has been a member of the Revdex.com for many years with good standing. We operate our company in good faith and always attempt to work with our customers if problems should arise. We handled the above customer just the same. May...
Pan made many attempts to please our customer. We responded very promptly to his first call that a piece was damaged, We even attempted to fix the piece on our own, we went back to the house to pick the piece up with the intentions of fixing it and were told to not take the piece. We then agreed to abide by the state-regulated $.60/pound/item. May Pan was waiting to hear back from them about the weight of the piece. May Pan received no phone calls. The customer sent an email some time after and it was not opened. When May Pan realized the situation, and the fact that our customer was getting upset, compensation was immediately sent out, however, the customer proceeded with filing a complaint regardless. Unfortunately in this situation there were good intentions, but miscommunication. Since May Pan was communicating with the customer the whole time in order to amend the issue, the company was not aware that a response had to be given to the Revdex.com.
Review: May Pan moving broke our $2349 [redacted] desk while moving our stuff. The movers then tried to cover up the damage. They did not tell us. We noticed the damage after they left.
The contract states that they will repay a certain amount of money for damages (not the full value). They did not pay us anything. Now they will not respond to calls or emails requesting reimbursement.Desired Settlement: I would like to paid for the damages done to the desk. They said, at minimum, they could repay us by the pound for the item broken.
