COMPLAINT ID#: [redacted] To whom it may concern, [redacted] Remodeling has resolved this issue andThe customer is pleased with the outcome.Also I ( [redacted] ***) found that the problem theCustomer complained about was not due to my workmanshipBut that the plumbing pipes were broken loose byThe customer plunging the sink above .The main issue was that I didn’t contact her in a timely manner..Thank You, [redacted] ***
