I feel if I submitted a bill for a service I provided I need someone to investigate the matter

the claim # is [redacted] services provided from 11-*-14 to 11-**-14 and to todays date have not got payDesired Settlement: I want maya ins to paid what is owned

Review: Please kindly investigate Maya assurance for refusal to accept liability for the repair of my vehicle's damage cuased by their policy holder. On Monday July **, my vehicle was struck twice by a Maya Assurance policy holder, [redacted] Policy [redacted]. This was a 3 car collision accident, where my vehicle was struck while on stand still on the right lane waiting to exit the Brooklyn Queens Express way on Exit 28 on the Brooklyn Bridge. [redacted]'s vehicle struck me first and after the 3rd driver struck [redacted]'s vehicle, he struck me a 2nd time. The 3rd insurer [redacted] (Contact: [redacted] ###-###-#### Ext. [redacted] claim# [redacted]) was responsive and appraised the damage to my vehicle on Monday August [redacted] and determined based on my, their policy holder's statement and the police report that they would only cover 50% of the repairs. Maya Assurance on the other hand sent an appraiser to inspect the vehicle on August * and [redacted] @ ###-###-#### sent me an email denying liability on the pretence that the 3rd insurance policy holder should be held liable at 100%. They Ignored my statement where I indicated my vehicle was hit twice by [redacted]. T[redacted] is also liable for tailgating my car and striking me in the first place and then striking me again a 2nd time when the 3rd driver hit him. I spoke with Maya Assurance's Vice President, [redacted] @ ###-###-#### Ext.[redacted] this morning and he stated that he will review the claim. Please investigate Maya Assurance for faulty claim review practice and fail to assume their policy holder's liability in this accident and refusal to cover the remaining 50% of the repair cost.Desired Settlement: Maya Assurance should assume their policy holder's liability and cover the 50% cost of the repair to my vehicle and reimburse me for the $10 fee I incurred to obtain a copy of the policy report to dispute an accident that I did not cause. [redacted] has already assumed their 50% liability and per [redacted], they will only pay for 100% if they receive a written document from Maya Assurance guaranteeing reimbursement of 50% for Maya Assurance liability. I should be not be further aggravated.

Thank you for returning my call yesterday morning. As I shared with you over the telephone. I received a phone call from [redacted] from [redacted] yesterday morning as well. She stated that her company will assume 100% of the liability for repair of the damage to my vehicle's rear bumper. She also stated that she will pursue Maya Assurance for their 50% liability based on my account of the accident where Maya Assurance failed to address or consider my statement that my vehicle was in fact struck twice during this multiple car accident, thereby hinting that the 2nd driver (Maya Assurance's Policy Holder did in fact struck me first before he was struck by the 3rd driver([redacted]' Policy Holder). Maya Assurance is frivolous and faulty in their business practices because they failed to address my statement in any of their communication. Please keep an eye on this company as their business practices lack ethics.
