Mayana Store

Charge goes through to a: Nguyen Hoang Huy, and cannot get a hold of anyone through either number on website, also emailed them at both email addresses with no response. This is for sure a scam, will have to contact my credit card company and PayPal. (04/13/2020)

Ordered then researched this may be a scam. No communication. Used

Ordered an item off their website. Email was sent that the item has been ordered. 20 days go by & not one word came from Mayana Store. Called the phone number, got a google voicemail box. No call back. Replied to the email that if I didn't check on their delivery, I'm certain they would have forgotten about me. After no reply, I emailed them to cancel my order since their website & phone # do not get in contact with anyone from Customer Service.

After several days of emails of requests to cancel my item, a get an email from Mayana Store that they are now shipping my item. At this point, I found the item elsewhere and no longer want the item (as stated to Mayana Store in several emails due to the fact they do not respond to phone calls).
