None of what he said is true and I have all of the emails to prove it. I never once threatened to slander his name if he didn't pay me money. I said I would not recommend his company to my friends due to the poor customer service received and the fact that his men just didn't show up on an already stressful day. I tried emailing 4 times to resolve the issue (all which went completely unanswered), before I eventually let him know that I would be filing a complaint due to his lack of response and terrible customer service received. I asked several times for some type of reimbursement for the money I spent for being left high and dry with a truck full of items I cannot physically lift and for having to find someone else last minute. He refused to reimburse me anything, only sent an email reply telling me to go ahead and file a complaint and that I'm trying to take the money he feeds his own family with and said it shows my character. In my opinion, I'm the one who got my name slandered and was disrespected all when just trying to resolve a customer service the issue with a company. It has been almost a month now since this occurred and since I filed the complaint, I have still not been reimbursed anything.
