Mayberry Drive Inn And Diner

Review: Me and my family and friends went to the Mayberry Drive Inn to see a movie. We arrived 2 hours early to get good parking spots and set stuff up for our children. We proceeded to park in row that had NO signs saying anything about no suv's. We went to eat at the diner on the site where we purchased our tickets (no rules ever given to us). About 15 minutes into the movie a lady came down and through a copy of the rules at my wife saying "can't you read the rules" and told us we would have to move our cars. At this point the movie was full and the only place we could go was in the back were we could not see. We approached [redacted] I assume the owner and told him 1. there was no signs saying no SUV parking( he said yes we have been meaning to get them) 2. We purchased our tickets in the diner no rules ever given out. ( he does not know why) 3. We heard them page people so they could have contacted us to move right away so we could have kept good spots. We then asked for our money back in which he replied No Refunds so we asked for a voucher to return another day he said NO. Both [redacted] and the lady were very rude to my wife and in front of all our children. We have since disputed the charge on our Credit Card in which I am sure they will dispute. I believe they we the acted very un-profesional in the way we were treated.Desired Settlement: If the chargeback on our CC does not go through we would like a refund
