MsDiaz,I'm terribly sorry about the misunderstanding and the negative experience Mrand Mrs*** had at the innI actually took the reservation myself, and I remember having the conversation with their daughter about the items we have available for our
continental breakfastI describe our "packaged sweet rolls" simply as "sweet rolls," and though that is normally acceptable to our guests, I do understand it could be misleading, if someone had something else in mindI always make sure to have fruit available for the office, but it's presented in a (initially) covered basket every morning, and if the desk clerk hadn't uncovered it by the time the ***s came in, I also understand how they might have thought it wasn't present at allWhile most of our guests request milk and/or juice, I realize that because it isn't displayed like the other items, one could be lead to think we don't have any availableThe gentleman attending the front desk arrived at work on time, but if he indeed failed to have all the breakfast items out promptly at 7:AM, then I must sincerely apologize for thatI'm very sorry the ***s had such a terrible experience, and given the opportunity, I'd love to make it up to them in the future with a complimentary roomAt the very least, I will be glad to refund them the $for their inconvenienceI hope that this will make the experience at least a little betterAgain, I'm so sorry!- Mikel

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
