Reserved a car to be picked up at Sea Tac Intl to be dropped off at Portland International Airport. Confirmed this with Agent Kirsten P [redacted] at Sea Tac location when picking up car. Also informed agent Kristen P [redacted] that we were married. She offered to upgrade our vehicle twice for a fee. We refused and said we did not want to pay more for any upgrade. She then offered to waive the additional driver fee if we would take an upgrade. Because she informed us that the additional driver fee charge per day was the same as the upgrade cost per day, we agreed. Upon returning the car, we were charged a "drop charge," which Kirsten P [redacted] did not inform us about or put in our invoice, despite her knowledge of our travel plans and our request that she let us know what we should expect to pay upon drop off. I am trying to resolve a billing dispute with Seatac Alamo Rental Cars after having been overcharged for services in March of Despite having written them several times they have thusfar declined my requests for a written responseThey have also declined repeated telephone requests to give the full names of any location manager(s)At this point, I would be grateful simply to know whom I need to contact to formally state my concern and Alamo's response has been to withhold full names, ignore letters and disregard requests for written communication

Rented a car from Alamo specifically because they described their SeaTac location on *** as "In Terminal" rather than "Shuttle to Car" like the other car rental companiesI was happy to pay more for this perkExcept, nopeThey do not have a location in the SeaTac terminal, all of the car rental companies are located offsite, you take a shuttle to the car rental facility just like all of the other companies statedAlamo completely misrepresented their locationAfter returning from my trip, I went back to *** and the misinformation (and higher price) is still listed on the website, so this was not a temporary error on Alamo's partThis is how they choose to represent themselvesWill not rent from Alamo again
