Please see attached. Business has not provided honest or accurate response and we feel we have been deceived and stolen from.

[redacted] [redacted] Should be getting back to me in a timely manner.  You have a good day.- So you're denying me a dog and keeping my money?- Is that what I'm understanding?Yes, you are correct which you signed.  I'm in my application it states we have the right to deny sale of any dog at any time and withdraw you application.  And that all deposits are non refundable.  - so at any point you can deny people a dog if YOU feel like it for whatever reason and get to keep the deposit? We are not selling you a dog.  We are done.

In reply to [redacted] and [redacted], we have decided that we will not sell them a dog at this time, we have found that they are publishing our name or online review sites, spreading their half of the story that they declare they stand to as truth, and they knew from the very beginning as I explain to everyone, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. They signed a agreement acknowledging as much, I have sent a copy of that agreement to [redacted], along with messages from [redacted] who decline a puppy from us twice when offered. We are in the mind frame of finding puppies forever homes, and anyone who plays with our time, claims they have no time for a puppy and the next minute does, and then they don't doesn't seem to us, or any reputable breeder, kennel or APSA type establishinent committed to a animal in the long run. We strive to be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem with pet overpopulation. This complaint has made us bigger and better people, because for now on we will be not only be asking for applications, with strict signed understanding of our non-refundable deposit policy, but we will also be conducting interviews for now on, to get a better understanding of the wants and needs of our customers.What the complainant has been committing in the recent weeks is defamation of character, not only of myself but our dogs and our ability to sell dogs in a fair and reasonable manner. We have been nothing but honest, and fair with the above complainants, and understanding of their situation, but when you back out of a sale, once you have been offered a dog not once but TWICE, and you have already acknowledged our no refund policy, and slamming our name because of your confusing in the process, that is not fair to us, and its not fair to assume that we have to refund them their money, and everyone else who has given deposits is held to a lesser standard. If we refund their deposit, we need to refund everyone their deposit, and that is not fair to anyone and of course, not what we agreed on. Our decision still stands as to not sell them a dog any more after offering them one TWICE, and we still have no intentions on refunding them their deposit.Christie F
