Due to Mayes and Sons Plumbing Company being UNABLE to clear the OQ certifying problem that Mayes was having, our gas line that was installed by them was unacceptable and unable to be certified by the East Ohio Gas Company and there was a complete quagmire that resultedMrM [redacted] seemed absolutely uninterested and unable to resolve the certification problem and COULD NOT provide appropriate, passable certification to East Ohio Gas CompanyThe only time he appeared to be motivated to do so was after I filed with the Revdex.comAfter hours of fruitless phone calls by my contractor and I as well as multiple agencies of East Ohio Gas, the problem was still not resolved and appeared hopelessMrM [redacted] was unwilling to have another OQ certified inspector review the line and fill out the appropriate paperworkTherefore, WE were forced to hire another plumbing/gas line company that was able to easily inspect the line and send in all appropriately document paperwork which satisfied the East Ohio Gas Company immediatelyIn fact, once we hired someone else, the problem was resolved within hoursMrM [redacted] delayed occupancy of this house and wasted hours of our timeHe was immediately paid for his work upon visual completion of the jobUnfortunately, we had no idea that we still needed a final inspection by East Ohio Gas and he was unable to satisfy that inspectionSo, we ended up paying two companies for this jobMy M [redacted] also contacted me demanding that I remove the Revdex.com complaintHe also contacted my Contractor asking him to influence me to remove the complaintWe are wholly unsatisfied with his response as there was NO resolutionWe had to hire someone else to resolve the problem

I am rejecting this response because:They have violated several ordinances, one that requires asking permission by the owner of this lot to do this kindof thing (3103.05) and other ordinances including: 3752.07.They destroyed my fence, sign, retaining wall, left several large boulders and pu 2 pipes sticking out of the groundthat is preventing me from the proper maintaining of my lot along with steep grading near the walkway making itextremely difficult to pull a lawn mower over.The aesthetics and  general appearance has been reduced to slum like looks, despite the sign stating privateproperty.I have photos and legal documents to back all of my statements, just tell me how to send them

Mr. [redacted]'s problem is with his neighbor and the City of Cleveland. The work that we did was for his neighbor. Mr. [redacted] bought several lots around the customer that we did the work for so the sewer went off their property on to his. At one time there was four parcels, when the...

original owner sold the 3 parcels the City of Cleveland did not properly split the lots for the sewer. So now 40 years later our customer's sewer goes on to Mr. [redacted]'s land. Again the problem is with my customer and the City of Cleveland. So further more I am asking for this to closed out and not even be put on M[redacted] and Sons Revdex.com report considering there is no money spent between us and Mr. [redacted]. Unfortunately, we had no idea that we still needed a final inspection by East Ohio Gas and he was unable to satisfy that inspection. So, we ended up paying two companies for this job. My M[redacted] also contacted me demanding that I remove the Revdex.com complaint. He also contacted my Contractor asking him to influence me to remove the complaint.
