I am rejecting this response because: I am not happy with the response. I provided documentation and even provided the documentation with CPS myself. I had no work gap history. They also falsified paperwork. As well as had terrible customer service. Ashley was very rude picking up the car and she told my husband he should be embarrassed of me. I also think any "professional" worker should not wear shorts that let her rear hang out of in a business setting. I will never do business there again. I went to another dealership and had no problems getting into a car. I think Mayes Kia needs to grow into a more customer service friendly environment, learn to be truthful and not send false information out. CPS told me they took someone else bill and copy and pasted our names over it. So when they called to verify the bill account they were told it was in someone elses name which it was a gas bill and I provided my water bill the day of purchase. They said that was what stopped them from letting the loan go through. A couple weeks went by and Mayes Kia said we never turned in a bill that it was work gap history. So we had two different stories from both places. I simply did not like being lied to or the way I was treated by the employees of this company (Mayes Kia).

In response to the deal with [redacted], she was approved with CPS Finance. CPS Finance requires a solid two year work history, they will not accept anything over a two week "gap" in employment. There was a four week period that [redacted] could not prove employment with her...

pay-stubs or work history documents. Our goal is always to provide the best customer service, and to try and put our customer in a vehicle they can rely on. A situation like this is definitely a lose lose for the both of us. We invite [redacted] to come by so we can try again with another lender. We hope to help in any way we can!
