Arrangements were made and they took the truck inThey stepped up and took care of it, which on a Duramax is no simple job

I bought a van from Winnipeg West last SeptemberWhen I noticed an odd noise I called the dealership and was asked to bring the vehicle back in! They found several issues and fixed them all free of charge! I have had no issues with the van IThe past four months!
So I had purchased a ram a week ago and rite from the start I had nothing but problems with them they had advertised on kijiji that the chrome package that this truck had included chrome handles bumpers mirrors RIMS etc then when it came time that I had decided I wanted the truck and it was paperwork time they tried charging me an extra bucks for the rims that were on it and in all the pics I pointed out that he has advertised it was included in the chrome package he said that was a typo and went to his disclaimer on the website saying there may be errors in the add so after him saying he would rather pull the deal instead of including them I went on with stock rims they found in the back
after a couple other small complaints about not moving a dime on the price wanting to charge me almost for the plastic bed liner that was also on the truck (on top of a spray on bed liner I found out after) we finished all the paperwork
as I had everything done truck was running outside and the salesman trying to hand me the keys I asked the manager how I activated my one year free sirus xm that was advertised he said we don't offer that so I pointed out he has it listed 8m all there adds he turned around and said "well this sounds like this isn't the truck for you" I almost lost it were talking about maybe bucks on a truck I almost spent $on after everything was done I gave him the option of including it or keeping the truck so he sent me a cheque for not quite a year but was something so I left with the truck
I thought at this point I was done with them but nope week and not even kms the transmission blew so I called the manager and he said well you test drove it and it was fine nothing I could do he wouldn't even give me a courtesy car while I had it in the shopThank god I got the extra warrenty or I could of been out up to $I will find out exactly how much in the next couple of days
I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN AND STRONGLY URGE EVERYONE TO STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM
We haven't purchased from these folks yet, but we are looking for an excuse to buy something from them. The property is well maintained, selection is huge, and the people factor is great. No 1970's car salesmanship, no tricks or gimmicks. We will give these folks our business without reservation in the future.
