I was denied financing after days of having the vehicle as well as putting Dow$down paymentOn 12/3/I returned the vehicle and signed the recision agreementThe "finance manager" told me that no one was there to cut checksI have since called times and left several messages but no one ha are tuned my call in regards to the refund of my $

I purchased a new Ram truck last year and was sold an extended warranty, which sounded like the right thing to do since I use the truck for Construction business While reviewing the paper work at years end, my wife noticed an exclusion on the back side of the contract from Ethos insurance that states that contractors are excluded from this insurance policy and the insurance company can cancel the policy at any time if used for construction. This exclusion was never declared to me at anytimeI contacted the dealership about the exclusion and only after submitting a complaint with the WaState Attorney Generals office did I get anyone from the dealership to even respondHad the finance person explained the insurance coverage exclusions, we would not be having this conversationI was also quoted 3.9% interest rate while test driving the truck and have an excellent credit score, however, when I met with the finance person, she said that it was 4.9% unless I signed up for the insuran

I bought a car from them right before black friday I was promised a free all weather floor mat and was assured it would be given to me before I leave the dealership by a man named Andrey It wasn't there Not a big deal, so I contacted them asking for and they said that they would reach out to me about it I've send about to calls/texts regarding this because I know it's a busy season for them within the last two months and never got a reply since But that's not what got me to make this review My temporary license is supposed to be expired in less than days and when I inquired about it, I got no responseThen I checked the mail today and they charged me $for a license registration fee out of nowhere Basically,I literally can't drive the car I bought pretty soon This makes no sense because in my purchase order, it clearly outlines that payment for negotiable document fee I need to make sure that I won't be paying the $and it will be off my record

This is my Jeep story and I want to share it with you Last year I married the love of my life on June 29, On July 18th I was diagnosed with stage3c endometrial cancerIt completely changed our livesI went through chemotherapy and radiation treatmentIt was hell on earth to not only feel like the treatment was killing me, but to watch my brand-new husband shift from being a newlywed to being a fulltime caregiverWhen I was told I had stage 3c cancer with a survival rate of 37%, I immediately thought this was the endI got my affairs in order and started making a bucket listOne of the things on my bucket list was simply…new adventuresSo, we packed up the dogs and everything we owned and moved from Kentucky to Washington StateIt wasn’t easy, but we made itWe found a home, new jobs and new adventuresAnother item on my bucket list was to finally buy a brand-new JeepWe looked and looked for just the right oneWhen we finally found it at CDJ of Seattle, we went straight there, traded in my Dodge Durango and bought it! The dealership was super busy that day, but we didn’t mindWe waitedThis Jeep was on the showroom floor, so a test drive would have been really difficultWe had already gone to several other dealers and test driven many other Jeeps and didn’t give it another thought to not test drive it, I mean, it’s a brand-new Jeep, what could go wrong! We didn’t try to negotiate…we just said we wanted itWe waited nearly hours to do paperwork then headed out to celebrateOn the way out, our salesman said that we would have a new set of all-weather floor mats waiting for us when we picked up our new platesWe pulled off the lot and instantly we heard GRINDINGWe turned right around and went backWe were greeted by Terry who said he was the Service ManagerWe told him what was going on and he just matter of fact said: We knowIts our mistake, we should have fixed the bumper when we put a lift on itI was dumbfounded that a Service Manager would let a vehicle off the lot with known issuesMind you, this jeep had less than miles on itHis solution was: You can saw the area that is grinding off yourself or bring it back some other timeWe told him that we lived hours away and that we would have to take a ferry there and backHe was not concernedWe left the dealership with little choice and headed home thinking that someone would contact us about the repairNo one ever didI drove my beloved new Jeep to work the next day and every single time I turned the wheel it would make the most terrible rubbing and grinding soundTo be honest, I was embarrassed to drive itweeks later and fed up with it, I emailed the Sales ManagerNo responseNothingWe texted and wrote more emailsFinally, my husband got a call, however, it wasn’t to fix the jeep it was about missing paperworkThe person requesting the paperwork had zero interest in helping us get it fixedI emailed againNothingFinally, I emailed the GMHe called my husband and they discussed the issuesThe GM told my husband to talk to me and make plans to get the Jeep back over to be fixedHe asked us to call him back and confirmWhen we called him back the next day, we had forgotten his nameSo, the call went into the dealership and the person who answered the phone was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever encounteredWhen my husband said the GM called us, this person on the phone LAUGHED at us and said” GM’s don’t talk to customers”Well, that sent my husband over the edgeWhen another manager finally got on the phone, he was rude as wellMy husband told him that we would be there in the morning and he expected to be paid for the Ferry rides and gasWhen we arrived at the dealership, we weren’t greeted, we were totally avoidedTerry, the Service Manager, came up to usHe didn’t apologize, he didn’t shake hands, he just held out his hand and asked for the keys and then asked what we decided to have done to the bumperWe were floored at the poor treatmentOur salesperson was there and totally ignored usThe GM was there, and once again…ignoredThey fixed the bumper by sawing off the part that was rubbingWhen it was done Terry handed us the keys backHe asked for our ferry ticket and said “I will have to see if I can get a reimbursement check approved for this”My husband, taken aback by the lack of common courtesy asked if they had put gas in itThey had notTerry, clearly not happy about this request, went over and got another employee to go and put gas in itWhen we mentioned that the salesman had promised us floormats, once again we were laughed atTerry said he could cut us a deal on a set, but we wouldn’t be getting them any other way At the end of the day, we were sent away with not a single apologyThe lack of customer service at that dealership is simply mind-blowingI waited my whole life to have the “Jeep” experienceWhat I got was a Jeep that was embarrassing to drive and we were treated like a burden for someone else’s mistakeI am not one to write letters of complaintI can usually let things go and move onHowever, this time I just can not do itI spent a lot of money at this dealership and I trusted them to do the right thing, and they have notThis wasn’t just about something being overlooked on accident, it’s about how you treat customers and people! I urge you to address these concerns I have raised

I went into CJDR of Seattle in order to buy a car, I contacted a salesman that I had worked with before and told him what I was looking for in a car, and how much I was looking to spendI was told they had one that would work for me, I looked at their website to verify the vehicle that they mentioned, saw that the price was well outside of my price range, called back told them I was not interested in a car at that price and did not want to look at that one, was told it was not that there was a car in my price range for me to look atWhen I arrived I was put in the car I could not afford, I was still firm on what I could afford so they tried to make it work wih budget which was fine, I told them my budget needed to include a warranty, I was told that would be fine, there was damage on the car which I wanted fixed before I took possession of the car, was told that would be fixed, I was also concerned that the size of the car would not be adequate for what I was buying for so they agree

I bought a car from them right before black friday I was promised a free all weather floor mat and was assured it would be given to me before I leave the dealership by a man named Andrey It wasn't there Not a big deal, so I contacted them asking for and they said that they would reach out to me about it I've send about to calls/texts regarding this because I know it's a busy season for them within the last two months and never got a reply since
But that's not what got me to make this review My temporary license is supposed to be expired in less than days and when I inquired about it, I got no responseThen I checked the mail today and they charged me $for a license registration fee out of nowhere Basically,I literally can't drive the car I bought pretty soon
This makes no sense because in my purchase order, it clearly outlines that payment for negotiable document fee
I need to make sure that I won't be paying the $and it will be off my record

This issue is about an extended warranty that I wanted cancelled and contractually was in my right to do, went to the dealer in August of and had the paper work signed, then waited and nothing happenedSo I contacted *** directly in December which even *** was lateSo I called *** and sent an email with the signed dealership copy on 12/11/So I have an email from *** that a statement was sent to the dealer on 3/16/I called the dealer to see if they have the information and spoke with someone in the finance department (I mention no names) and they could not confirm anything although I have an email from *** stating they did send the dealer the information
After many phone calls on 3/19/and a complaint from me to the dealer contact on the website, I get a call and placed on hold before I can even speak, which I have recordedThen after more phone calls, mind you just to confirm they got the statement, I get treated like if I was asking for something un

The service manager Bill quoted me $over the phone and charged me $

I bought a car in september and was lied to about how much the extended warranty cost he said $ per month I was actually charged 3385$
ii
cancelled the warranty within time allowed and was told it would be refunded in about weeks it has been weeks and noone at dealership will return my calls I noticed in reviews that I am not the only one this has happened to I have left seven messages it is clear they dont intend to communicate with me

On May 19, I purchased a vehicle under the impression this vehicle was a owner, NO accident/ or structural damage vehicle I have now found out that this car had major structural damage and the dealership was aware but did not disclose this information to me as the buyer A *** Chevrolet dealership had previously bought this car from an auction, performed an inspection and found major structural damage to the vehicle so they returned it Upon returning the vehicle, they disclosed the damages to the auction The auction then listed the vehicle for sale with the information of structural damage listed and disclosed and Chrysler jeep and dodge then bought the vehicle They then turned around and sold it to me This information had not yet hit *** by the time I bought this vehicle But *** does show all this information now I found out this information because I was going to resell my vehicle I bought because I have had non stop mechanical issues with this vehicle

This dealership gave my personal information to the person who bought the car I traded inI’ve been contacted twice by that guyI’ve reached out twice by email to the dealership, and mentioned it to the less-than-helpful people in the service department when I took my new car back for some minor work, and I have not received any explanation as to why my information (or what exactly) was given to the other customer
The service department is deplorableA 10:30am appointment is just the drop off timeThey didn’t start working on my car until much laterWhat should have been an hours worth of work turned in to two daysThen they couldn’t find my license plates “the lady in charge of plate says they haven’t come in yet” is what they were telling me at the exact same time as I was being called at home by some lady at the dealership telling my husband my plates were in I still don’t have them and won’t be going back to his dealership to get them, or for any other reasonI’ve requested they send them to me by mail - again with no response

I purchased a new Ram truck last year and was sold an extended warranty, which sounded like the right thing to do since I use the truck for Construction business

On august 2nd I decided to stop by at the dealer to explore the deals that they might have , Well let start I have been ignored , nobody didn't even ask me if I am looking to buy a vehicle, finally hours latter after I explored their parking lot and show room , salesmen noticed that I am waiting for help, ( I could simply take off and go to another dealer , want to see how long is going to take.) he directed me to another salesmen that was able to work with me We found the vehicle that I liked and did all necessary paperwork to be finalized with finance Here is the fun began , In finance ,( his Name is Jason ) the guy have been rude with me , didn't even talk to me all the time , all he was saying "Sign here and here " He changed the payment terms without confirm that with me Anyway , I can go on and on , and on I left this dealer and told my friends what kind of experience I had After months I sold that vehicle and stopped by and told Jason to cancel my extended warranty , he gave me all paperwork and told me that this is very quick process and if I don't receive refund by the end of September call him Well I am trying to get ahold of him for weeks now , I left messages on his phone, he never call me back I will never ever will buy anything from this dealer I guess next step , I will have to file a complain to resolve dispute

I contacted Hyundai of Seattle about a used carThey sent me back a price quote for the carWhen the sales man called me I told him I would take itHe said he would check into shippingHe called me back and I told him I could have them ship it or I could find someone to ship it for meHe was going to give me the bank info to send my paymentI asked if he knew the price I was quoted as he did notI told him and he asked me to send him the quoteI tried but it came back undeliverableI called him and told him the email came backHe told me they would not sell me the car for the price I was quotedHe said it was a mistake on the priceI asked why I had an email quote with the priceHe said it was a mistakeI asked if they put fake prices on the cars and his response was " basically"I just want the car for they price they quoted me in an email

We purchased a Jeep Wrangler from themMy wife and I worked out a fair deel with the salespersonIt appeared that we were both happyMy wife and I went into signing and without our knowledge the deal we made out on the floor was rewrittenAnd we were charged extended warranty and a gap insuranceNeither were we told about or agreed toHe just kept pushing papers in front of us hurriedly to sign or initialThe next day we read through all the paperwork and were shocked!
They didn't pay off the remainder of our trade in and we found the two insurancesWe went in to get answers from the floor managerHe took us to his office and closed the door behindHe said this was all our fault for signing and not questioning anythingThe deal from the floor to the signing should standThey are out to get anyone they can without recourse

I would give this dealership a big fat if I couldThe experience at this dealership was overall TERRIBLEI bought my vehicle in July and had to over night all the paperwork to them and had to go in months later to pick up the paperwork that Travis my sales rep was supposed to send to me different timesI had to go in to get my key because Travis ALSO mistakenly gave me the wrong one and figured I would get an oil change while I was thereBiggest mistake I have ever made was trusting them any further after their lack of customer service the first time aroundI asked for a loaner car and they told me no to just sit and waitWhen it was gonna be over an hour so we had to *** to get foodThen, Travis promises keys but lies and said he didn't to the service adviser who tells me he can't do anything without the sales guy permission. So, I have to get involved as a customer and fix the mistakeFinally, I think everything is cleared up but no they only give me a key fob and not the actual key that is connectedWhich the second key that Travis mistakenly gave me had a key attached and as well as the original key that I haveWhen I asked Andy the service advisory he said "yeah I think that's normal"I am honestly frustrated with the whole experience and your guys customer serviceI live in graham and it was over an hour to travel to you guys to get something you promised done and you can't accommodate a loaner car, or complete a key for me correctlyI have a lot of people interested in my Jeep but I will NOT refer them to you guys who do not know how to take care of customers

they treat you like your a used car buyerthey're more concerned with closing a used car deal, you dont meet a lawyer ,you meet a customer repwho listens to your situation then leaves the room to talk to a lawyer and comes back with their fee and they try to figure out how you can pay themthey even have a company that will loan you the money for the title of your cartreat you like sleazy car salesman treat customersyou need to shower after your appointment to wash off the sleaze

I found a *** *** Limited listed on two different websites for 22,on january 21, I called the business on january 22, and confirmed with the associate on the phone that the vehicle was available and that the price was correctonce my husband arrived at dodge jeep chrysler ram of seattle he test drove the vehicle and decided to purchaseonce the sales associate ran his credit he stated they would not sell the vehicle for the price listedthey offered to sell other jeep models that fit that price, and my husband refused and stated he was there to purchase that jeep at the price listedmy husband told the sales associate he assumed the price he had seen online and that I had confirmed on the phone was the price they would sell the vehicle forthe sales associate stated they couldn't help him and he lefti called the dealership after my husband left and they said they made a mistake and will not sell the jeep for that pricei found several reviews onlin
