I'm responding to your letter about a client issue we had on 2/9/17. First, the price for a shirt compared to a shirt that's boxed has always been different since we started the business 20 years ago. Boxing a shirt does require more time and materials to complete so there's a small upcharge for...

that request. All cleaners do this upcharge for the same reason and we have no reason to miss quote the price. However, we understand there might have been some confusion and are more then happy to offer the client a store credit for the difference.   Thank you!
