Mayfair Hotel & Spa

We stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The groom bought gifts for all the groomsman, one of which was my boyfriend. The baskets had liquor, iPhone speakers, flasks and a handwritten letter from the groom. All the gifts were in the suite when we all went to brunch on Sunday. When we returned, they were nowhere to be found, along with one of the bridesmaid's set of pearl earrings. We requested the help of the front desk manager [redacted], who was anything but helpful. Later in the day, one of the groomsman (not the manager) found most of the items in the housekeeping closet. I am in complete disbelief - housekeeping stole the gifts. A police report was filed. I just can't fathom a hotel that charges over $300 a night to have employees that steal sentimental things from guests. Unbelievable. We will never set foot in the hotel again.
