To Whom This May Concern,I am writing this letter in regards to a customer complaint.Upon reading the letter the customer wrote his car hit our guardrail upon entering our bay.A standard sedan which the car is, is approximatley 5"-9" from the ground, our
guardrail is excactly l/2n from the ground.Therfore it could not have caused any damage to the bottom of the customers vehicle.Also the customer wrote that I Bruce the Manager,admitted to the car hitting the guardrail, which is also since I did not drive the vehicle into the shop, nor did I work on the vehicle until after the customer had left and then returned.The only thing that was admitted to my knowlegde was that of the customer prior to the oil change, to my AsstManager, that he knew that there was preexisting exhaust problems.We at the Mayfair Xpress Lube did everything in our power to help the customer with his problem.We even called in the Mechanic from the shop next door who also told the customer this problem had nothing to do with the oil change that we performed on the customers vehicle.Therefore we are not responsible for the claim made by the customer against our company.Thank You

Review: I took my car to Mayfair Xpress Lube for an oil change. Prior to going my car ran fine. When the mechanic pulled the car into the shop he hit the guiderail. Took my car to this business and when they drove it in to the bay they hit the guide rail and was admitted to by one of the mechanic there and Bruce the manager. Prior to going here my car ran fine. I had no problems. When I left this business my car was having trouble starting and smoke is coming out of the exhaust and a rough idle. I have pictures of the exhaust if you would like to see them.Desired Settlement: I would like my car reapaired as it was not like this when I drove it into Mayfair Xpress Lube.
