When we sell a new car we have to do a pre delivery inspection prior to putting the car on the lotIf there were bubbles in the tires they would be addressed before the car is soldUnfortunately we have no control over the customers driving habitsIf there was a bubble in the tire at the time of purchase the customer would have never taken delivery of the vehicleWe replaced one tire out of goodwill but will not continue to replace tires due to bubbling this occurs when hitting pot holes or curbsWe have not had any issues with other tires bubblingThe tire manufacturer has warranties on tires not the dealershipI suggest contacting the tire manufacturer and see if they are willing to help with a tire replacement

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.DEAR Revdex.com: THIS IS A FOLLOW UP ON OUR ORIGINAL COMPLAINT IN OUR ORIGINAL COMPLAINT WE STRESSED THE FACT THAT THE TEMPO WE PURCHASED UNBEKNOWN TO US WAS UNSAFE FOR DRIVING, TOO MANY THINGS WERE WRONG WITH IT, SUCH AS THE EXCESSIVE RUST, THE RUSTED SUSPENSION ETC....YOU HAVE A WRITTEN REPORT FROM MY AUTO MECHANIC (MY AUTO) STATING THE REPAIIRS THAT WERE NEEDED TO THIS CAR NICK MAYER IS CORRECT IN SAYING THAT ITS BEEN MONTHS, THE REASON ITS TAKEN SO LONG IS BECAUSE NO BODY( FROM THIS FORD DEALERSHIP) WOULD ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELLING US THIS PIECE OF JUNK.......THE ORIGINAL SALESMAN IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED THERE....SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND CALL US BACK.....WE WAITED AND WAITED AND FINALLY WE CALLED AGAIN AND AGAIN AND GOT THE RUN AROUND....WE FINALLY FOUND OUT THAT THE INTERNET MANAGER WAS NO LONGER THERE AND WE WERE ASKED TO CALL BACK IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.....THE NEW INTERNET MANAGER THEN SAID HE WOULD LOOK INTO THE MATTER AS HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT....HE SAID GIVE HIM A COUPLE OF WEEKS AND HE WOULD GET BACK TO US.....WE DID JUST THAT BUT NO ONE EVER CALLED US BACK....AGAIN WE CALLED WITH NO LUCK......WE WERE FINALLY PASSED ON TO [redacted] THE FINANCE MANAGER WHO ALSO TOOK A VERY LONG TIME TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER, WE WAITED AND WAITED AND FINALLY CALLED HIM BACK AND HE TOLD US THAT [redacted] WAS OUT OF TOWN AND HE WOULD DISCUSS THIS MATTER WITH HIM.....AGAIN WE WAITED AND WAITED AND WE FINALLY CALLED HIM BACK BUT HE WAS THEN ON VACATION WE LEFT WORD FOR HIM TO CALL US AND HE NEVER RETURNED OUR CALL WHEN WE FINALLY REACHED HIM AGAIN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO FLORIDA ON A FAMILY EMERGENCY AND WOULD GET BACK TO US.....AFTER THIS HE REFUSED TO TAKE OUR CALLS A COUPLE WEEKS LATER WE FINALLY REACHED HIM AND HE HAD AMNESIA ........WE THEN CALLED [redacted] ----HE WAS NEVER INWE FINALLY REACED [redacted] ON HIS PERSONAL CELL ....AND HE OFFERED US $300....NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT THIS CAR HAS COST US........THIS IS WHY THIS HAS TAKEN US MONTHS .......THEIR STRATEGY WAS TO STALL, STALL, STALL, AND TO DENY ANY WRONG DOINGS.........BUT AS YOU CAN SEE WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO DRIVE THIS VEHICLE, WE CAN'T EVEN REGISTER IT AS IT WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION MEANWHILE WE STILL HAVE A TEMPO IN OUR DRIVEWAY THAT HAS NEVER BEEN REGISTERED AS IT IS UNSAFE.......OUR ONLY RECOURSE IS TO SEEK HELP THROUGH YOU AND SEE IF WE CAN RESOLVE THIS MATTER........THE CAR IS WORTH NOTHING AT THIS POINT AND WE CAN ONLY SELL IT FOR SCRAP METAL.....WE CAN'T EVEN DONATE IT......IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK THAT CANNOT BE FIXED WE FEEL THE ENTIRE TRANSACTION WAS BASED ON FRAUD, DECET, AND DISHONESTY.........THE MAIN REASON WE BOUGHT THIS CAR SITE UNSEEN WAS BECAUSE THIS WAS A FORD DEALER WHO INSISTED THAT THIS CAR WOULD BE A PERFECT CAR FOR OUR DAUGHTER AND THAT IT WOULD LAST HER WELL THROUGH COLLEGE AND THEN SOMEWE FELT THEY WERE REPUTABLE AND HONEST AND THAT OUR DAUGHTER WOULD HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT ........SHE WOULD HAVE A GOOD, SAFE CAR TO GO TO COLLEGE WITH AND IT WOULD LAST HER QUITE A FEW YEARS IF WHAT I AM TELLING YOU WAS NOT TRUE WHY WOULD WE BUY THIS CAR IF WE THOUGHT IT WOULD NOT BE A PERFECT CAR FOR OUR DAUGHTER ( SAFE AND IN GOOD RUNNING CONDITION AND VERY WELL MAINTAINED........WE CAN NOT BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW DISAPPOINTED WE ARE IN THIS DEALERSHIP..........WE WANT TO MAKE SURE THEY WON'T DO THIS AGAIN.......WE WOULD LIKE OUR MONEY BACK AND BE DONE WITH THIS .....THANK YOUSINCERELY, [redacted] & [redacted]

Company responded by phone-11/3/15-***Mr*** *** states that the complaint was resolved through *** with the Attorney General's officeHe states that the consumer was given a check and the consumer signed an agreement

Just wanted to get back to you in regards to this complaint I have made several calls to this customer and the phone goes to voicemail but says that the customer has not set up a voicemail The customer could call me at anytime in regards to her issue I can tell you that
the customer came in to look at the car in question and the car was sold The sales consultant was unaware I did have my managers offer them a more expensive vehicle for the same price and they did not like that car The customer then asked to be left alone on the lot to look around and then left shortly after. *** ***General ManagerNick Mayer Ford Lincoln

purchase the customer would have never taken delivery of the vehicle. We replaced one tire out of goodwill but will not continue to replace tires due to bubbling this occurs when hitting pot holes or curbs. We have not had any issues with other tires bubbling. The tire manufacturer has warranties on tires not the dealership. I suggest contacting the tire manufacturer and see if they are willing to help with a tire replacement.

This transaction occurred November 5, 2014. It was sold "AS IS NO GUARANTEE" per attached Buyers Order. We had no complaint until one monthe ago when Mr. [redacted] phoned. As a gesture of good will, I offered to send him $300.00. He refused the offer. At this point in time, nine months after...
