After investigsting this complaint, Eco Tech has decided to reimburse Ms. [redacted] $46.42 for her problem.  We apologise for any inconvenience.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  Just to note, the bin was provided within 2 business days of the complaint being filed with the Revdex.com. The trash was not removed from my property until 2/5/2018 and even then was only partially removed. I picked the remainder of it up myself.

It is our understanding that the issue has been resolved.   Our residential supervisor spoke with the customer today.  They confirmed that the can was delivered last week and the trash was picked up accordingly.    Sincerely,[redacted]Owner

tried to pull the bag out it would break open. (Thus, leaving a considerable mess on the ground.)  During your conversation with our customer service staff you referenced that our workers may have been discriminatory of the [redacted] and “too lazy” to try and pick up the waste.  We offered to send a supervisor to check the cans, however - if it was too heavy, we would have to leave it.  We were told that you would block the road with your truck and not let us leave until we removed the waste.   The safety and wellbeing of our employees is of the upmost importance, therefore we felt no alternative but to refund the full amount of your payment and terminate service. I submitted a complaint a while back regarding an accident that EcoTech had with my wife on our street. I did not respond to the response from EcoTech in time to have my comments posted.Is there any way for me to respond to that complaint. I do not agree with their resolution, I still feel they are operating in an unsafe manner. Also, the city of Shepherdsville reimbursed me for monies I paid out of pocket with tax payers money. I am not sure why they would offer to protect EcoTech in this matter. Bottom line is they were responsible for the accident, changed their story so I would have to submit a claim to my insurance company. Then the mayor and city council decided to pay my out of pocket to keep EcoTechs record clean?Again, I would like to reopen this complaint if possible.[redacted]

Mrs.[redacted]:   I am very sorry that you have had the problems that was addressed in this complaint.   It is totaly out of character and unacceptable for Eco Tech or its employees to act as you have stated.  These acqusations are of a nature that they require a personal visit...

or conversation.  I am giving this issue to [redacted], our Vice President for him to make a personal call to discuss this problem.  We are also in contact with the city administrator to work thru the problems we are having with the city in regards to the recycling services.  Thank you for your time and I am sure Mr. [redacted] will be contacting you soon
