Flowers for wedding delivered late and spotted Arrangements and bouquets received moments prior to weddingPre wedding photos not taken
we ordered our flowers on 9/7/for our wedding on 4/29/ Our first payment of $was applied to another persons account We added to the original order and I made a payment to the second order When I asked what needed to be paid to have our account be paid in full, I was told that I still owed $
I was told that according to their records that was the balance due and I would be required to drive home and supply them with my copies of receipts if I disputed the total
I produced the receipts and I was told that they now saw the problem and they would correct it
During the entire conversation and the following encounters the gentleman handling the wedding orders repeatedly called me "HON" and kept trying to give me hugsI felt disrespected and violated each timeI am over 50, and felt that it was totally inappropriate
