the weather conditions at the approximate time we were initially supposed to start the job and it being entirely too hot and unfavorable to begin such planting work we contacted [redacted] and explained that the results would not be good for planting a new lawn in such heat. We suggested for him to wait until closer to the Fall when it begins to cool down a bit. The customer agreed to this and that was why the job was not started until September. [redacted] is completely correct we did go out on the 15th and did most of the pipe work that we were hired to do on the attached proposal. That morning [redacted] was home and the owner of our company was there talking to him and explained we were only coming out to do just the pipework that particular day and would be back to complete the rest of the job. When we did go out on 9/28/17 to complete the job we were there a good part of the day. Arriving between 9:30-10:00 and then not completing the job and leaving his home until approximately 3:30. I am only bringing this up because it was an issue that [redacted] addressed in his complaint. As far as the drainage is concerned we did specifically what we were hired to do based on enclosed signed contract. At no time did we say we would do a "rock pit". The drainage was completed with stone placed at the end of the pipe (as the contract states) to deter the surrounding soil from eroding when the water comes out of the pipe. As far as the drainage pop-up(emitter) is concerned we can certainly remove it if he does not want it however; it is not something we recommend. To summarize the job is now complete based on the specifications of the enclosed signed proposal.
