I am rejecting this response because:  As of this date, I have not received a reimbursement as stated by Microtel. I am glad to see that Microtel management accepts responsibility for the bed bug infestation. However, Room 307 was not the only room where the bedbug bites occurred. It was only following the visible bugs confirmed in Room 307 that I was moved again to an extended stay suite on the second floor, where the experience was even more severe bed bug bites than those occurring in Room 307. Reimbursement should include the injuries suffered in the second suite as well.
