I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I'm sorry but the website description of the item, when I ordered, was clearly a misrepresentation of the product I actually receivedIn no way would ADDing features such as the RCAs imply that in doing so you're also subtracting the 3.5mm outputHad the website been clear about the available products then I'd have never considered buying it in the first place as the are other manufacturers that offer both RCAs and 3.5mm output. If the website was so clear regarding the product descriptions, then the seller wouldn't have needed to change the product listing as he did recentlyUnfortunately this caused me unnecessary and unfair restocking feesI also got stuck with paying the shipping fees twice, once from the Mayflower order and again to ship it back for the returnI'm out much more than the $restocking fee but I'm never asked for any shipping fees be refunded to me and I think that's more than fair to resolve this complaint. product, someone was paid to package and wrap the product for the end customer, and the gas & delivery charges have already been paid. Once the product is returned we have to throw away any used USB or power cables and go through a refurbishment process for sanitary and legal reasons.
