Wrong, They informed me then they didn't order the correct partThey did let me know if I would like to "wait additional hours" on top of the hours I already waited they could start the wiring process and I would need to go back when the part came in to have it installed Any one can make an error but this was just blatant lack of common courtesy when they were obviously very aware they did not have the partI was sitting in the waiting room spitting distance from the counter and no phone calls on my cell either I let them know I would not be backNot to mention my minute ride to Lacombe and minute ride back from Lacombe They get a for customer service
