Hello ***, I am writing you to request that my complaint (# [redacted] ) be reopened due to not receiving reimbursements at this time I DID accept the compromise that Mayhem Customs offered regarding a refund for the rocker panel repairs, which I have yet to receive I have not received the shipment for the moldings (I only needed one ordered and reimbursed for the second being that I already had to urgently replaced it) I have sent the invoice for the window tinting repairs to [email protected] and still waiting to be reimbursed for those repairs too Respectfully, [redacted] ***

This communication is a response to the complaint filed by [redacted] R. [redacted] filed November 13th, 2015.  Complaint Number [redacted].  Please accept this as Mayhem Custom’s Formal Response to this...

Ms. [redacted] had her car towed to Mayhem Customs. Ms. [redacted] signed a contract/work authorization form (see attached contract for details) to do the repair work on her Mayhem Customs Ms. [redacted] made contact with Allstate. Following the initial call Allstate assigned the estimate to Aaron who inspected the vehicle at Mayhem Customs. Based on approval from the adjuster and Tamera Mayhem Customs began work Ms. [redacted] vehicle. The work was completed on 10/23/15. Please see invoice number 552 for work performed. Ms. [redacted] picked up vehicle at five P.M. on 10/23/15. After that all work was performed within industry standards and vehicle was restored to pre-loss condition.
 
To address concerns about Ms. [redacted] having to pay out of pocket;
1.       All work performed was paid by Allstate.
2.       All work performed was with-in industry standards for bodywork
3.       Ms. [redacted] had the check mailed to her making her responsible to pay for the repairs.
4.       The check from Allstate was $2735.55 Ms. [redacted] paid Mayhem Customs $2256.55
5.       Not only did she not pay out of pocket she gained $479.00
6.       Spoke to Ms. [redacted] on 11/16/15 offered to fix door window molding, rocker, and the window tint that was scratched she only had to bring invoices for repairs and she refused stating that she just wanted the money.
7.       Ordered replacement belt molding ordered on 11/17/15 will receive on   to be shipped to Ms. [redacted]
 
At this point I am unclear as to how to resolve an issue that we feel is completely taken care of.
